During their day, students also will be given workbooks and will have a chance to win prizes, go on a mock archeological dig, make art and learn more about Egyptian culture and history while enjoying the best permanent display of Ancient Egyptian antiquities on the West Coast.
Billie Sessions, a CSUSB art professor, will run the workshop, and Keith Brockie will give a guest lecture and demonstration.
To register, go to the art museum Web site at http://rvf-artmuseum.csusb.edu. Children may be registered right up to the day the workshop opens on July 28 as long as space is available.
